9th grade won the attendance challenge for the month of September and are getting free
admittance to the Loma Theater on Monday October 28th to watch Hocus Pocus. Do not bring
Siblings. This is an SHS sponsored reward for 9th graders only. Staff will be onsite for
supervision. Go Class of 2028!

Socorro High FFA Fall Festival
Herff Jones will be at the football game on Friday, 10/11 to collect orders. Junior class ordering is for class rings and letterman jackets. Senior class ordering is for graduation items including cap and gown. The representative will be set up right outside the ticket gate. Closed Campus 📆
If students get caught leaving campus during the day without having a reduced schedule they will get a consequence for off-campus ditching even during the lunch period. Seniors earn a reduced schedule if they have the credits needed to graduate and are the only grade level permitted to leave. Underclassmen have not earned this privilege and must remain on campus daily.

Socorro High School Registration 2024-2025 dates and times!
Good afternoon Warrior families, teachers and partners. As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting our students’ academic success, we are pleased to invite you to a round table meeting focused on discussing strategies to promote student attendance and explore ways to motivate students to attend school regularly. Please join us, Tuesday April 9th at Socorro High School Library at 5pm-6pm. Refreshments will be served.
We believe that your input and involvement are essential in developing effective strategies to improve student attendance and to create a school environment where every student feels valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
Prom Information: Any student who has received a disciplinary referral from March 28th to the day of prom will not be allowed to attend. If your child is bringing a non-district student, they need to get the proper permission slip completed by an administrator, and a student ID or driver's license will be required at the door the day of the event. Prom is for Senior and Juniors.
Yearbook order 2023-2024
Senior Pictures will be taken Thursday March 28, 2024. Photo's will be taken from 9am-11am. Sitting fee of $10.00 for all students.
