Right Sizing Committee
Our District has experienced declining enrollment over the last decade which has resulted in a decline in financial resources relative to the costs to operate our schools. This committee will evaluate school utilization, financial and human resources, and solicit public input to guide decisions that may include consolidating programs, resource reallocation, and other potential cost-saving measures. In addition, we may evaluate the current five-year facilities master plan to determine which of the improvements should be prioritized to meet the needs of the District and ensure compliance with state requirements.
